# AMZ Connect API Reference

> The Amazon Product Data API. Retrieve Amazon product data, search products, test your API key, and check your quota. Authentication is handled via an API key passed with each request.

## Endpoints

### Test your API key

`POST https://api.amzconnect.io/v1/test/product`

Checks that your API key is accepted. Returns a success message and no product data, and does not count against your quota. The request body is not evaluated.

### Check your quota

`GET https://api.amzconnect.io/v1/check/quota`

Returns how many products of your monthly quota you have used in the current calendar month, your monthly limit, and when your API key expires. Checking the quota does not count against it.

### Get product by ASIN and store

`POST https://api.amzconnect.io/v1/get/product`

Validates the request, checks your license usage quota, fetches the product from the database, and returns a JSON response.

- `asin` (string, required): The product ASIN.
  - Example: `B0H3Z781N7`
- `store` (string, required): The store identifier (Amazon marketplace).
  - Allowed values: `com`, `co.uk`, `de`, `fr`, `it`, `es`, `ca`, `com.au`, `co.jp`, `in`, `com.br`, `com.mx`, `nl`, `se`, `pl`, `com.tr`, `ae`, `sg`, `com.be`, `cn`, `eg`, `ie`, `sa`, `co.za`
  - Example: `com`

### Search products by term and store

`POST https://api.amzconnect.io/v1/search/products`

Search Amazon products by a search term within a given store.

- `store` (string, required): The store identifier (Amazon marketplace). Search covers fewer stores than product lookup.
  - Allowed values: `com`, `co.uk`, `de`, `fr`, `it`, `es`, `ca`, `com.au`, `co.jp`, `in`, `com.br`, `com.mx`, `nl`, `se`, `pl`, `com.tr`, `ae`, `sg`
  - Example: `com`
- `search_term` (string, required): The search term.
  - Example: `iPhone`
