Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your AMZ Connect subscription at any time from the customer portal.

How to cancel

1. Open the customer portal from the “Manage your account” link in any billing email, or your account page.
2. Go to your subscription and choose Cancel.
3. Confirm.

What happens after cancelling

• Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period you already paid for.
• After that, the subscription ends and your API key stops returning data.
• You will not be charged again.

Reactivate later

You can re-subscribe any time by choosing a plan again. If you need help recovering your previous setup, contact us.
