Upgrade or Downgrade

You can change your plan whenever your needs change, with no commitment. Billing and subscriptions are handled by our checkout partner, Freemius.

Open the customer portal from the “Manage your account” link in any AMZ Connect billing email, or from your account page. You will see your current plan, billing cycle, and payment details.

  1. Open your account (see above).
  2. Choose Change Plan and select a higher tier.
  3. Confirm. The upgrade applies immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period.

Your higher quota is available right away.

  1. Open your account.
  2. Choose Change Plan and select a lower tier.
  3. Confirm. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep your current quota until then.

You can switch billing cycles from the same Change Plan screen. Switching to yearly applies the 2 months free discount.
