Manage Your Account
Your subscription and billing are managed through our checkout partner, Freemius. You can update everything yourself from the customer portal.
Open the customer portal
Section titled “Open the customer portal”Use the “Manage your account” link in any AMZ Connect billing email, or your account page. From there you can manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices.
Update your payment method
Section titled “Update your payment method”- Open the customer portal.
- Go to Payments / Billing.
- Update or replace your card details and save.
Billing details and invoices
Section titled “Billing details and invoices”- Invoices: every charge generates an invoice you can download as a PDF from the portal.
- Billing information: update your company name, address, and VAT / tax ID so they appear on future invoices.
Your API key
Section titled “Your API key”Your API key is shown on your account page. If you ever need to rotate it, contact us.
Change your email
Section titled “Change your email”To change the email tied to your subscription, update it in the customer portal under your profile, or reach out and we will move it for you.
